Download the Registration form, include a check or money order for the sport and mail it to PO BOX 237 Baldwin, NY 11510.

You can also bring it to the Baldwin PAL Office located in the School District Office building at 960 Hastings Street Monday thru Friday from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
